What products do you offer?

We currently offer MDF Blockmount prints, Acrylic prints, Canvas prints, Acrylic Fotoblocs, Paper prints and E-vouchers. Visit our Products page for more info.

What size image do I need to supply?

We prefer to get the biggest version of the image that you have, but we can do wonders with small files. Ideally we like the files to be the size you want printed and 300dpi, but we can use files that are the size you want printed and at 72dpi. If the quality is too low we will advise you before we go to print.

What size file can I upload?

We can currently receive up to 8mb through our image upload. If you have a larger file you can either send it to us on cdrom to the address above, or if you email us we can set up a FTP connection for you to directly upload to our servers. Alternatively you can use "http://www.sendthisfile.com" which is a free image transfer service.

I do not see the size I want in your 'sizes and prices guide', can you still print it?

Yes, our standard frames come in increments of 2" from 10" upwards, so if you do not see the size you require, simply to email us and we'll email you back with the options.

How soon will I get my print?

We have a current turnaround time of 7-10 working days and we use an overnight courier, so your canvas could be on your wall within 8 days.

I'm in a rush and need to get my print as quick as possible, can you help?

You can use our 48hour turnaround service, which means your print will ship 48hrs after order, this costs an additional £7.50 and is selected in the shopping cart.

We can produce a print in a matter of hours if need be, call us for more details.

How deep are your frames?

We offer 2 types of frames, our standard frame is 1.5" deep and we hold 10" - 40" in stock, our premium hardwood frames are 1.75" deep, but these are made to order and depending on how busy our supplier is, may take 10 days to arrive here.

How do I care for the print?

We include canvas care instructions with every canvas print, if you would like a copy just email us and we'll send you one.

What happens to my file once you printed my image?

We keep all the image files on our server, in case you want another copy in the future. We do not use them for anything else, and we will delete them if you ask us to do so.

I'm worried about giving my credit card details over the web, how else can I pay?

We currently use 2 payment service providers, Paypal and HSBC E-Secure Payments. All credit and debit card transaction are handled by them on their secure servers, we do not see any of your credit or debit card details. If you are still concerned about security, then you can pay by sending us a cheque. However we have to wait for the cheque to clear before we print.

I only have a hard copy of my photo; can I still have it printed onto canvas?

Yes, if you post the photo to us including a note of your contact details and the size and any effects that you may require, we can scan it in for you. We will return the original to you with the canvas. We can also scan from negatives. We do recommend that you use a 'board backed' envelope to prevent damage in the post, and also use registered post in case it goes missing.

Do you offer discounts?

We offer discounts for 5 or more prints, please email us for details.

Do you ship worldwide?

We are happy to ship your print worldwide, email us for a shipping quote.

Why do you laminate?

We laminate all canvas prints to help protect and prolong the lifespan of your artwork. Without the laminate, one scuff and your print would be ruined. A lot of the other canvas print companies do not do this or they charge extra.

Is the size I pay for the print size or the frame size?

We charge for the actual front surface size of the canvas and not the print size including the bleed wrap. This means if you buy a 30" x 20" canvas, you will receive a 30" x 20" canvas, but the actual print size will be 34" x 24". Again a lot of other companies don't do this and you will receive a smaller canvas than you anticipated.

Why do use wedged frames?

Over time and depending on humidity most canvases will sag, The reason we use wedged frames is so that should your canvas sag, you can simply tap the wedges in a little further to tighten it again. And yes most other companies don't do this either.
