Delivery Information
Our delivery charges are based on regional zones and are charged on a consignment basis, not per item. See the table below for more information.
We use an overnight courier service to deliver our products to all UK destinations. International deliveries are undertaken by DHL.
They will require a signature for the consignment otherwise they will leave a card stating that they have attempted delivery.
After attempting delivery twice, the courier will hold the parcel at your local depot for 5 days prior to returning it to us.
You can find the depot contact details on the delivery card, you may arrange redelivery or collect the parcel from the depot.

Normal delivery times are between 8am & 5pm Monday to Friday excluding bankholidays. Saturday and before 10am deliveries are available at extra cost. Contact us for further details.
Because we take pride in every order we produce, we want it to reach you in pristine condition. This is why all of our products are carefully wrapped in acid free tissue paper, then bubblewrapped and then finally placed in custom built double wall cardboard cartons.
If your print is damaged in transit, we will replace it for you, but it is very important that the delivery driver is aware of the damage and that you sign for it as damaged.
You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery so that we can claim compensation for the damage and reprint the image. It is helpful for us if you can provide us with photographic evidence of the damage to the packaging and also the print.
We will endeavour to meet the delivery times above, but we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control.
