Delivery Information

Our delivery charges are based on regional zones and are charged on a consignment basis, not per item. See the table below for more information.

We use an overnight courier service to deliver our products to all UK Mainland destinations. Offshore Uk Destinations are via 48hr courier.

Our International deliveries are undertaken by DHL or UPS and are on a 3-5 business day service.

The courier will require a signature for the consignment otherwise they will leave a card stating that they have attempted delivery.

After attempting delivery twice, the courier will hold the parcel at your local depot for 5 days prior to returning it to us. If returned, further charges will be incurred.

You can find the depot contact details on the delivery card, you may arrange redelivery or collect the parcel from the depot.

If you prefer, you can contact us to help re-arrange delivery.

Delivery Zones

Normal delivery times are between 8am & 5pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. Saturday and before 10am deliveries are available at extra cost. Contact us for further details.

Zones A & B - Overnight Courier. Zones C & D - 48Hr Courier. Zone E - 3-5 day Courier. All prices include VAT @ 20%.

Our cartons are made from double wall cardboard.

Because we take pride in every order we produce, we want it to reach you in pristine condition. This is why all of our products are carefully wrapped in foam wrap and then finally placed in custom built double wall cardboard cartons.

If your print is damaged in transit, we will replace it for you, but it is very important that the delivery driver is aware of the damage and that you sign for it as damaged.

You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery so that we can claim compensation for the damage and reprint the image. It is helpful for us if you can provide us with photographic evidence of the damage to the packaging and also the print.

We will endeavour to meet the delivery times above, but we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control.

Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at

Goods may be returned to us if they are delivered in a defective state or they do not match the descriptions given on this website.

You are required to inform us immediately if it is your intention to reject the goods. You will receive email instructions about your return and subsequent refund.

Acrylic, MDF Block Mount, Canvas, Acrylic Desk Block, Aluminium Skybond, Framed or Paper prints ordered through our 'Image Upload' section on our website, where the image to be printed has been, uploaded via our upload page, or emailed to us, or supplied on CDrom, to us by the client are deemed to be 'personalised items'. The return of these items will only be accepted if the product arrives damaged and we are informed immediately.

We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
